By downloading, installing, or using Garden Match Puzzles ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Garden Match Puzzles is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or hacks
• Modify or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes all associated data.

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases including coin packs, ad removal, and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

• Consumables (coin packs) are non-refundable once used
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Non-consumables (remove ads) can be restored on any device via "Restore Purchases"
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region

Virtual currency (coins) and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including graphics, animations, sounds, text, and game mechanics — is owned by Garden Match Puzzles and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

5. User Conduct

If the app includes leaderboards or social features, you agree not to:

• Use offensive or inappropriate display names
• Manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings
• Harass or impersonate other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Game progress stored locally may be lost if you uninstall the app without an account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden Match Puzzles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or virtual items.

9. Children

The app is rated 9+ and suitable for all ages. Children under 13 should use the app under parental supervision. We encourage parents to monitor in-app purchase settings on their devices.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
