I lost my progress β€” can I get it back?

Your progress is automatically backed up online while you play β€” no account or signup needed β€” and it's tied to your device. If your progress seems lost after reinstalling or updating, email us at support@gardenmatch.net with your device info and player ID and we'll do our best to restore it.

How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your App Store purchase history. If you need further help, reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.

The game is crashing or not loading

Try these steps: 1) Make sure you're on the latest version of Garden Match Puzzles. 2) Restart your device. 3) Check that you have enough storage space. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version and we'll investigate.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@gardenmatch.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm via email once complete.

When is the Android version coming out?

An Android release is in active development. We don't have a public launch date yet, but you can email us to join the notification list and we'll let you know the moment Garden Match Puzzles arrives on Google Play. In the meantime, the game is fully available on iPhone and iPad through the App Store.

I'm stuck on a hard level β€” any tips?

Start by clearing obstacles near the bottom of the board, save your boosters for the toughest moments, and try to create special tiles by matching four or five flowers in a row. How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

We genuinely love player feedback. Email us at support@gardenmatch.net with the details and, if it's a bug, a screenshot or recording. Many of the improvements in recent updates came directly from player suggestions, so don't be shy.
